Microsoft's integrated development environment (IDE) for various tools, such as Visual C++ and Visual J++.

The IDE is highly configurable, there is a good selection of code generation tools and the editor supports syntax coloring for several file formats - including C, C++, Java and HTML.

I have a lot of experience using this system.
